Spicy Cold Dipping Noodles

The noodles in the ramen lacked flavor which may seem like a bad thing but in this case, it worked out when combined with the spicy and refreshing dipping sauce. In the ramen there were bamboo shoots, spinach and bean sprouts which all tasted pretty good. The few drawbacks of the meal were in the sauce. Although the sauce was tasty, there were a few things that could be fixed. First, the sauce wasn’t spicy at all even though it is advertised as spicy. Second, to keep the sauce cold they added ice to the sauce. However, after the ice melted, it watered down the sauce and took away from the flavor.
